Erin is a highly motivated, qualified and experienced pharmaceutical professional with close to 25 years’ experience managing clinical research projects having worked across pharmaceutical, biotech, traditional CRO, decentralized CRO and eClinical technology organisations.
Throughout her career, Erin has developed vast executive level experience in the management, direction and oversight of global clinical operations and leadership teams. Erin has extensive experience across all aspects of global business administration, corporate strategy development and execution, business development, sales and marketing and global clinical trial management with a particular interest in clinical project management.
More recently, Erin has developed deep expertise in strategic design, executive level oversight and operational delivery of Decentralized Clinical Trials (DCTs) both within Australia and across the wider Asia Pacific region. Erin has been involved in:
The operational and strategic design of over 50 clinical trials utilizing decentralized methodologies;
Executive/Governance level oversight of over 40 DCTs and hybrid clinical trials;
Personally managed the set up and operational delivery of 11 DCTs across Australia and Asia Pacific.
As CEO and Principal Consultant at Medtryx, Erin will utilize her broad based experience to assist our clients with the design, development and delivery of high quality, successful clinical research programs.
